Shipping & Returns Policy
Orders typically ship within 3-7 business days after placed. Custom orders may take 1-4 weeks. Business days do not include weekends or holidays. Packages are shipped via USPS. Once packages are shipped we are not responsible. Make sure to double check any details when checking out and make sure your address is correct. If a package is returned due to incorrect address, customer will be responsible for any costs to re-ship. In the case that your package is delivered but you have not received it, please contact your local post office.
All sales are final. We don't accept returns, refunds, exchanges, or cancellations. Each item is carefully sourced and/or made by hand. With vintage and pre-loved items there may be imperfections, however we do our best to list any flaws and reflect it in the price and description.
